Apple Yogurt Dip

Marty Milk says: Let your child choose new foods. Kids are more open to trying new foods when they feel they have a choice. While grocery shopping, let your child select a new food from two or three food choices.

Choose Together!

Apples are a good source of vitamins A and C. Next time you are at the grocery store with your child, ask him/her to help choose a new kind of apple he/she has never tried before, such as:

Honeycrisp
Braeburn
Gala
Golden Delicious
Pink Lady
Jonagold
MacIntosh
Granny Smith

Buy at least two of these apples to make Apple Yogurt Dip.
